The Countdown Is On for MacTown Gathering II!

A Legacy of Love, Family, and Fun Continues This Summer in McAlester, Oklahoma

McAlester, OK — The much-anticipated MacTown Gathering II is set to return August 8–9, 2025, and promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with family, fun, food, and timeless memories. With a focus on honoring roots and building stronger community ties, this multi-day event is open to all family and friends connected to McAlester, Oklahoma, and beyond.

Attendees will enjoy an exciting lineup of classic games, including the crowd-favorite MacFamily Feud (our spin on Family Feud), trivia, and interactive team challenges. Laughter and legacy will collide during Adult Game Time, while plenty of fun will also be in store for the younger generation.

"This isn’t just a reunion; it’s a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and the strength of our legacy,” said one event host Kevin "Pugsy" Rushing. “We’re inviting everyone to come ready to play, eat, dance, and most importantly, reconnect."

Highlights of MacTown Gathering II include:

MacFamily Feud: Bring your A-game and battle it out in a game of wits and laughter.

Adult Game Time: August 8 & 9 – it’s grown folks’ turn to compete!

Tribute Presentation: A special moment to honor loved ones who have passed. Submit a photo and name for inclusion.

Photo & Memory Wall: Share your stories and favorite pictures from past gatherings.

Food, Music, and Fellowship: Plenty of good food, great vibes, and music that moves the soul.

IMPORTANT: All attendees must register in advance. There will be NO on-site registration.
